Dwarven Conspiracy Theory

Now I am not one to necessarily believe every crazy idea I hear, but after listening on long night of Hergenzia partying to Waddle Plontfoot - I am not certain that there is not some credence to the theory that either Witches robbed the Dwarven Cave Bank to fund their entrance into the Montrolla War or that it was an inside job or at least an allied job from none other than the Dwill Judiciary Classes to fund their own ambitions and the war effort from our side. Either way it's shocking news. The newspapers won't touch either story though Casby's Leaflets of Truth does expand on the Witch theory. They do have magic that they could use to penetrate those deep vaults way beneath the earth. What else could fool Dwarven guards and countermeasures? I wish Belium Brownsea and the Northender Gazette would weigh in on this case. Anyone who travelled with old Pindby Broomwhistle in Montrolla can be trusted. Well that's what I think..
